Payment and security
Once you have found the items you need and put them in the shopping cart, you must pay with a payment card. We do not charge a fee when you pay with a Dankort. Enter your card number, expiry date (this information is on the front of the card) and check digits (3 digits on the back of the card) in the fields next to the shopping cart and press "Complete order". This information is then sent in encrypted (coded) form to NETS, which checks the validity of the card. This can take up to 30 sec. Once your card has been checked with NETS, we will receive information on whether we can withdraw the money from your account or not. You will receive an order confirmation as well as an email with the contents of your order.
If the transaction is rejected, you may want to try again. If it is rejected repeatedly, contact your bank.

Delivery / Pick-Up
Shipments are made with GLS Erhverv or haulier. We do not ship to the Faroe Islands and Greenland.
When you receive the item, it is important that you immediately check whether it is intact. If the item is subject to errors and defects or if you have other complaints, please contact us before any. return. Return form can be downloaded here on the online store.
The delivery time is stated in the individual item description. Our normal delivery time for most items is 1-4 days, depending on whether you order on the weekend or on a weekday. If there are changes in connection with the delivery, we will send you an email with the new delivery date, so you have the option to cancel your order or the individual item if you do not want to wait. If you order several items, one or more of which are backordered, you will usually receive the other items as soon as possible. In some cases, however, it will be pointless to deliver the other goods, and you will be informed that delivery awaits the goods with the longest delivery time.
We do not deliver orders by COD!
Complaints and warranty
Immediately inspect the goods. Complaints must be made within 8 days in writing.
In the event of transport damage, you must contact the transport company yourself.
There is a 10-year warranty on cable products as well as a 2-year warranty and warranty on all products, the warranty covers manufacturing defects and defects. Returns of goods with defects and deficiencies should be made by stating the defect and enclosing the original receipt. Cancellation - Returns
Within the first 14 days after receipt of an item, you can cancel the purchase. Simply return the item before the deadline in unopened original packaging. Please note that if you fail to receive the item upon delivery, the right of withdrawal also applies. We do not reimburse shipping costs in connection with returns. Payment for the item is returned by Dansk Varmekabel A / S via bank transfer within 5 working days of receiving the item. It is therefore important to attach reg. and account number upon return. Dansk Varmekabel A / S. reserves the right to set off a return fee. Returned goods are not received per. COD.
Upon return, the customer pays the return shipping. Please complete an RMA.
If goods are returned that have exceeded the 14-day right of withdrawal, 20% of the trade sum will be charged.
Cables sold in cut size are not returned.
