HandyHeat Heating cable: Twin-conductor teflon-insulated heating cable with concentric construction. 20 watts per meters. The cable is designed to be installed in concrete (usually 60-100 mm).
The needed floor heating effect can vary according to the room's heat loss. In general an output of 100-150 watts per m2 in a new building is recommended and up to 200 watts per m2 in a conservatory, in order to be able to heat the room quickly.
The cable is also ideal for fitting directly under stone and tiled floors.
Embedded cables are economical to install and designed to be used in rooms where a constant heat is recommended. In rooms where the heat demand changes (garden rooms or conservatory), we recommend HandyMat with insulation boards.
