Frost protection cable is used for frost protection of pipes. These cables can be used in many contexts, including frost protection of water pipes, drains and containers. The cable is round and has a diameter of 3.5mm and is therefore easy to wrap around pipes.
The built-in thermostat switches on at +5o C and switches off at +10o C.
Mount by wrapping the cable around the pipe. It is recommended to fasten with aluminum tape. The tape is resistant to chemicals and heat, and is also excellent at reflecting and distributing heat. The cables have an output of 10 watts per meter.
